TLR Workplace Revitalization Support System

In order to visualize the state of the workplace, a framework (model) is needed.
The TLR Workplace Revitalization Support System is based on organizational development methods and has established a unique diagnostic model, the "TLR Model," that captures the processes occurring in the workplace.
The TLR model divides various aspects of the process into three broad categories:
"Task," "Relationship," and "Leadership."
"Leadership" is seen as a function that monitors and responds to the entire process, and is positioned at the center.
We place L: Leadership between T: Task and R: Relationship, and call it the "TLR model."
