Aiming to build an organization that creates new value through connections between people
-Realizing the DENSO Daian Plant in 30 years' time with our own hands-
Organizational development that began at the manufacturing site, with the survival of the organization at stake 30 years from now
The automotive industry is said to be undergoing a once-in-a-century transformation. With the advancement of globalization and the world becoming borderless, there is no doubt that the survival of companies will depend on the value they can provide, which is unique to humans, due to the development of technology and AI.
In order for the factory to survive as a "manufacturing" site 30 years from now, the "manufacturing" group working on the front lines of the manufacturing site will envision their own future, take initiative to work towards realizing that future, and transform into a group that creates new value.

In order to make ROHM a company that each employee can be proud of in front of their family and friends, this is an organizational development initiative across the entire organization to shift paradigms, change attitudes, rethink working styles, and transform the corporate culture.
