The "TLR Workplace Revitalization Support System" is a web system that supports workplace members to take action themselves and revitalize the workplace to make it a lively place.
 2. TLR based on the knowledge of organizational development researchers
 TLR was devised by Professor Kazuhiko Nakamura of the Department of Psychology and Human Studies, Faculty of Letters, Nanzan University. It is a framework (model) for visualizing the state of the workplace and defines the various processes occurring in the workplace using three indicators and seven elements.

 By utilizing the various support functions, even inexperienced managers can take the lead in carrying out workplace improvement activities without difficulty.

 4. A simple web system that can be used by each workplace
 Since it can be used on a workplace-by-workplace basis, employees can independently work to improve and enhance their work environment. In addition, the test can be taken on a smartphone, so it can be used without restrictions on time or place.
